6. About a Boy

This month's book club selection, About a Boy, appeared in season 2, episode 7, "Headspace." Coach Beard was reading this book while observing Nate bully Colin. It got us thinking, what attracted Beard to this book in the first place? And how might the novel connect with the events of show and the characters within it?
